Movies from 2010 You Did Not See, But Should Have

I’m going to be lazy regarding descriptions here, because I’ll be busy working on The Worst Films of 2010 list.  Suffice to say, these are movies lost through the cracks, misunderstood or unappreciated.  Hopefully, you’ll give them a chance on DVD or you may get lucky and find a theatrical screening somewhere.

45365

Death at a Funeral (yes, it’s a better film than you think)

Get Low

The Human Centipede (chicken!)

Rec 2

The Secret of Kells (watch this on a large screen)

Stonewall Uprising

Vision: From the Life of Hildegard Von Bingen

And I would be remiss if I did not mention 3 local films:

The Pink Hotel

And, with apologies (since I had an involvement in appearing in or promoting) the following:

Piranha Man vs. Wolf Man: Howl of the Piranha

Scumbabies

Great list. I thought “Death at a Funeral” was terrific, too. Don’t know why it didn’t do better. It was much better directed than “Hangover.”
